Translation:
If your life could be extended throughout the four ages,
Or even ten times longer,
If you were known across the nine continents,
And followed by everyone,
With a good name and reputation,
Fame and praise throughout the world,
Still, if god does not bless youwith his glance of grace, then who cares?
What is the use?
Among worms, you shall be looked down upon as a worm,
And the contemptible sinners shall hold you in contempt.
O Nanak, God bestows worth upon the unworthy,
And virtue upon the virtuous.
No one can even imagine anyone
Who bestows virtue upon him.

More Information:
When you suffer from greed, madness for power, overbearing expansion and the need to control. When you become trapped in your territoriality, the seventh pauree will heal you.
