The Ong Namo chant tunes you into the Infinite wisdom while giving a strong boost to your pranic life force. The Kirtan Kriya chant is a magnificent karma eraser to help free you to move ahead. 1. Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
”I bow to God who created everything; I bow to the wisdom within me and beyond me.”

2. Ong Namo Guru Deva
This mantra quite literally tunes you in to the Infinite wisdom. The open, cupped hands are ready to receive all the abundance of wisdom sent by the Universe. Do a 40 day practice and you will feel the expansiveness.

3. Kirtan Kriya
This is truly “divine music.” It is a “bij” or seed mantra that helps erase karma and awakens your soul to its destiny. Chant it for 40 days and build a new and brighter you.

4. Sat Narayan
This chant can redeem you from all inner darkness and bring peace and happiness into your life. It also brings good fortune and heightened intuition. Chant it and feel the joy as it blesses you with truly great gifts.

5. Longtime Sunshine
Yogi Bhajan once commented that any yoga or meditation you do that begins with the Adi Mantra and ends with “Longtime Sunshine” can only work for your good. So use them both!

Sangeet Kaur is a rare combination of teacher, writer, musician, healer and spiritual counselor. Sangeet Kaur’s Name literally means “Princess of Divine Music.” Her teacher who gifted her with this spiritual name that evokes her destiny, once told her that for her in particular, as a teacher, creative writer and musician, it had a more direct meaning in the realm of human relations: “the Princess who brings peace and harmony.”

If you ask Sangeet Kaur who she is, she says simply,”I’m a humanologist,” referring to the science of humanology launched by renowned Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan which he called “the study of the possible human.” That possible human, who lives in all of us, is what she unlocks through the practice of yoga and meditation. The wisdom Sangeet Kaur presents in her Womanheart book is rooted in what she learned from her teacher as well as what life taught her over decades of work in journalism, corporate public relations with top New York companies, and teaching both yoga and healing techniques to thousands.

At the height of her New York career, Sangeet Kaur met Yogi Bhajan and went on to train with him for nearly 30 years. In 1991 she launched her Womanheart® Spiritual Immersion retreats, drawing women annually to the Southwest from across the US as well as from a half-dozen other countries. Her book is an outgrowth of those retreats. Her devotion to awakening the best in all of us also comes through in the colorful, rhythmic chants on her two CDs. The sweet devotion in her voice pulls us up into the awakened state. Sangeet Kaur recorded these CDs to help everyone adopt a daily spiritual practice of meditation.
