The yogic teachings tell us that the most powerful time to meditate is between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., known as the ambrosial hours. This is when the channels are the clearest and worldly distractions are at their lowest ebb. Yogic practices during this time are called “Sadhana“.
