Ong Namo Narayana - I bow to the divine God of compassion
Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru - There is one Creator, his name is Truth, great is the ecstasy of consciousness, that which brings us from darkness to Light.

These four mantras correspond to each of the four great ages, the first being Ong, the mantra of the Golden Age of innocence, when Truth was supported by four pillars; Sohung the mantra of the silver age, when truth was supported by three pillars, Ong Namo Narayana the mantra of the copper age, when Truth stood on two pillars, and Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Waheguru the mantra of the Kali Yug, or steel age, when truth is supported by only one pillar.
